The application program has executed a DROP for the specified object, and then tried to re-create an object with the same name (and of the same type) before the DROP was completed. System action: The statement cannot be executed. The specified object was not created. Programmer response: The logic of the application program must be modified to issue a COMMIT (or the IMS or CICS equivalent) between the DROP and CREATE statements.
