An ALTER INDEX ADD COLUMN statement attempted to add a column to an index that is an auxiliary index, enforces a primary key, unique key, referential constraint, or ROWID column; or, the index is a partitioning index, and index-based partitioning is being used. System action: The statement cannot be executed. Programmer response: Change the statement to refer to an index that can have a column added to it.
