Short Description: ALTER FUNCTION FAILED BECAUSE SOURCE FUNCTIONS CANNOT BE ALTERED

The function cannot be altered because it is a source function. Only external scalar functions, or external table functions can be altered. To change an existing source function, you must DROP the function and recreate it. System action: The statement cannot be executed. Programmer response: Change the statement to refer to a function that can be altered, or recreate the function by dropping it and then creating a new version of it.
